Fridays at noon - in studio - beginning January 31, 2025

Taught by “Joy of Being” retreat co-leader, Deb Schuler!

Through this mindful, joyful, and freeing practice, you will rediscover your body’s intuitive ability and need to physically move and reap the wellbeing benefits of a reunited mind-body-spirit connection.

The class features:

  •  Gentle and uplifting physical movements that invigorate the body and mind.
  •  Options to move mindfully while standing in place, traveling around the studio, or being seated.
  •  Supportive prompts and modifications to encourage students to move at their own pace.
  •  Enhanced flexibility, range of motion and sense of mind-body connection.
  •  Ideal for anyone who is looking for a more fun way to physically exercise.
  •  No formal yoga or exercise experience required.

Instructor Deb Schuler

Deb Schuler, founder/owner of ENSO Life by Design, has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. As a transformational workshop leader, Deb integrates mindfulness, creative self-expression, and mind-body experiences to help people at all stages of life and career lead themselves with more clarity, authenticity, and purpose to attain greater fulfillment personally and professionally.
