Through this mindful, joyful, and freeing practice, you will rediscover your body’s intuitive ability and need to physically move and reap the wellbeing benefits of a reunited mind-body-spirit connection.
The class features:
- Gentle and uplifting physical movements that invigorate the body and mind.
- Options to move mindfully while standing in place, traveling around the studio, or being seated.
- Supportive prompts and modifications to encourage students to move at their own pace.
- Enhanced flexibility, range of motion and sense of mind-body connection.
- Ideal for anyone who is looking for a more fun way to physically exercise.
- No formal yoga or exercise experience required.

Deb Schuler, founder/owner of ENSO Life by Design, has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years.
