Morning Meditation
Led by Liz Korabek-Emerson, Certified Mindfulness Instructor

Something wonderful happens when people meditate together in community.  Our practice deepens, we make new friends and see the world in new ways.  We invite you to discover the warmth and humor of our ongoing meditation groups – and join us whenever you can on Zoom and/or in person. No commitment is involved.  Each session includes 20 minutes of seated meditation and 20 minutes of walking meditation, plus a brief introduction by Liz.  If you come to the studio, we have chairs, meditation cushions and blankets for your comfort.

Tuesday & Friday - 7:30-8:15am

Monday & Thursday - 7:30-8:15am
In person at the GateWay studio
All sessions are by donation
No registration is required.  Please join us!

July through September, our Thursday meditation meets at Creek Farm in Portsmouth at 8am.

About Liz

Liz Korabek-Emerson, MFA is a certified mindfulness teacher, wellness coach and owner of Korabek Training. She has been designing and leading mindfulness based programs for individuals and organizations since 2012, including Maine Medical, Portsmouth Hospital, Liberty Mutual and Riverwoods Retirement Community.  She is an adjunct faculty member for NHTI’s Mindful Communications program.
